Parish Council
Parish Council is a consultative body of elected parishioners who meet monthly, or as needed, to advise the Pastor on Parish related issues. The members of this body assist the pastor and the parish staff in fostering the spiritual growth and social development of the St. Mary community.
Parish Finance Committee
The Finance Committee is a consultative group which helps to ensure accountability in the financial management of the Parish by monitoring income and expenditures, reviewing capital expenditure proposals, and being involved in policy decisions involving facilities, maintenance, and financial affairs.

Landscape Club
Our organization is open to anyone with a love of landscape and a desire to exchange ideas to promote and encourage beautification and conservation of trees, flowers, shrubs, green spaces, grass, turf management and landscape design. This informal group will help beautify the buildings and grounds of St. Mary’s parish and assist with all aspects of landscape through education, experience and mutual friendship.
Several members of the parish have volunteered to care for sections of the landscaping. As needed they come by with their gardening tools to weed, cultivate, fertilize, and otherwise care for their section of the landscaping. We are in need of more volunteers. If you are interested in taking some direct action to make your parish grounds more beautiful, please contact the Mike Walther or Tim Maxey and express your wish to volunteer.
Housekeeping and Maintentance
Church Housekeeping is currently made up of volunteer parishioners, who in teams, clean the church on a rotating basis. Cleaning consists of dusting liturgical items such as altars, statues, etc., and cleaning the holy water fonts. It takes about 30 to 45 minutes.
We are always looking for parishioners to join us. Both men and women are welcome, including husband and wife teams. Substitutes are also needed. Please contact the Parish Office for more information.
