Welcome to St. Mary School Home Page < Updated May 21st. > Enrollment is still open for the 2008/2009 School Year. Our last scheduled School Open House took place on Tuesday, May 20th; but drop-in and pre-arranged visits are still welcome. Fr. Leo invites parents of children entering Kindergarten, who have chosen full-day, to try out St. Mary. The tuition is only $375 more than that of Avon Local School. The curriculum is designed to fill a full day and includes religion. If nothing else, your child will have a head start on religion before entering First Grade. Building of our new Activities Center (gym +) is high on the list of priorities for St. Mary Parish. Return to the Parish Home Page for more information, including architects drawings, Q & A documents, Progress Reports and Capital Campaign documents. (This project has been named "Building for a Brighter Tomorrow" or BBT.) The St. Mary School Welcome Committee has prepared a downloadable brochure meant to familiarize newcomers with everything our school has to offer. Please click "more" to view and print the brochure which is 2 pages long and 310.25 KB in size. more
Edline Website Implementation The Edline website www.edline.net/pages/StMary_School will be replacing the Day School pages of www.stmaryavon.org. Information specific to classes, previously accessed through the SELECT CLASS drop-down box, has been moved to Edline. (The one exception is the LIBRARY class option where updated ACCELERATED READING lists may still be viewed.) Multiple problems still exist with the Parish Insites software used for the parish website. We will try to circumvent these problems until a software upgrade is available and/or all school information is moved to the Edline website. In the meantime: > Do not use SELECT CLASS drop-down box (except for the LIBRARY class option as noted previously). > Do not use GENERAL INFORMATION option at the top of this page. The forms are outdated and can not be modified due to software problems. Forms can temporarily be found by selecting the PRINCIPAL option from the SELECT GROUP drop-down box at the top of this page and selecting FORMS & HANDOUTS option at the top of the Principal Home Page. > Do not use STAFF option at the top of this page. Software problems will not allow us to properly maintain the information. A School Contact List will be posted in the next few days. Click "more" to visit www.edline.net/pages/StMary_School. more
